Welcome to this week’s edition of Weird Parenting News! This week we’ve got dining divas, international intrigue, and more. Check out the weird stories from this week in parenting.

Whine and dine. In Nampa, Idaho, a mom was dining at a Texas Roadhouse restaurant with her 10-month-old, when she received a note from the next table: “Thank you for ruining our dinner with your screaming kid. Sincerely, The Table Behind You.” And people complain that no one writes handwritten thank-you notes anymore. Read the full story.

Walmart Walk of Shame. In Rock Hill, South Carolina, a mother is under investigation for parading her son through a Walmart wearing a tutu and women’s clothing, as a punishment for fighting at school and making homophobic remarks. As if walking through Walmart wasn’t punishment enough. Learn more about this story.

Foreign fiasco. When a 9-year-old and a 10-year-old stole red red stars from Soviet graves in a Polish cemetery, they created an international incident, straining the already-tense relations between Moscow and Warsaw. Kind of puts your kid screaming at the supermarket in perspective, no? Read all about it.
