It’s time for another edition of Wednesday Weird Parenting News. This week we’re looking at parents who just can’t get it right — from letting their kids sleep to letting them eat. Don’t miss these unusual headlines!

145184080_594868a1ddSay it ain’t so. A new study finds that kids who nap past the age of two have poorer overall sleep habits. So, if your 3-year-old is napping, go wake him up (said no parent ever). Will this information change your child’s sleep schedule? Check out the full story.

Tell me lies. Here’s another interesting study: According to research released by the National Bureau of Economic Research, parents are more likely to lie in front of sons than daughters. (For some of us, the first lie is “don’t worry, the snippety-snip isn’t going to hurt.”) Read all about it.
